Rules: 

You have to draw a picture of them and tell me their bio, personality ect. Also like I said up there they have to be evil. No pokemon or humans sorry. Only two max entrees.  

Winners will get their character(s) to be in my comic that i'm planing to make. Even if you don't win you'll still get your characters in the comic ^^
